• Manage important business documents;
• Manage Social Insurance accounts and housing fund accounts of DecentWyatt and clients’ accounts in Shenzhen
• Manage payment receivables from clients and issue invoices to clients each month;
• Manage payment payables to vendors and collect invoices
• Manage office supplies and expenses properly;
• Support business events;
• Support other ad hoc admin and business tasks of the company per request
• Promote and develop company businesses using social media or other public events

• Bachelors or above degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management or Law;
• Decent Written and Spoken English;
• Has relevant experience in consulting firms or startups, incubators
