Sophie has 18 years of experience in HR for US Fortune 500 companies like Flextronics and Amazon. She received her Master of Human Resources Management from Peking University and holds various certificates in HR fields. Sophie worked in both Shenzhen in China and Silicon Valley in US.
Managing Director Sophie Yi
Susan has over 15 years of experience in recruiting with focus on Supply Chain, FMCG and IT industry. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Lenovo, Harman and Philips and has broad network in the industry especially in Southern China area. Being HR manager for more than 10 years, she has helped companies to set up recruiting team and coached many talent acquisition professionals who have became best performers in present organization.

Cliff graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies major in Commerce, he later received his MBA from New York Institute of Technology. Cliff started his career at a well-known deluxe hotel, he now has experience on factory management and administrative management.

Our Roadpath

DecentWyatt founder served as Head of HR in Flextronics Shenzhen, Crocs China and Amazon Lab126 China in her professional career. She helped set up, build and grow the team from single digit to 3 digits number in Asia including Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong and Singapore. While Sophie worked in Silicon Valley , she remotely helped a start-up company Katerra to register their entities in Hong Kong and Shenzhen and hired about 10 people for Katerra by herself. Sophie knew how to help a foreign entity to set foot in China.In 2015, Sophie returned to China and found DecentWyatt. Sophie hoped that DecentWyatt will be a one stop turn-key solution provider to all small to medium sized MNCs in China. Katerra is the first customer of DecentWyatt, this relationship continued from 2015 till now. After this proven success, we brought more clients like Harry’s, RiverWood Solution, Rohlig, BoostedBoard and others. We recently helped the whole launch of China site for a US public camera firm starting from business registration, office renovation and hired about 50 people in a year.

Basically it's an all-in-one position in a startup HR service firm who provides external HR share service and excellent HR operational support for small to medium sized companies in Shenzhen.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage important business documents;
  • Manage Social Insurance accounts and housing fund accounts of DecentWyatt and clients’ accounts in Shenzhen
  • Manage payment receivables from clients and issue invoices to clients each month;
  • Manage payment payables to vendors and collect invoices
  • Manage office supplies and expenses properly;

Qualification
